Implemented Measures
We have already implemented the following measures to improve accessibility:
Responsive Web Design: Our website is optimized for various output devices (smartphones, tablets, desktop computers) due to responsive web design. The content elements are automatically optimized for best readability and adapted to the respective display size. Additionally, sufficient contrast was taken into account in the design.
Keyboard Navigation: The main menu can be operated using the keyboard (Tab key, arrow keys). Interactive elements are accessible and operable via the keyboard.

Enforcement Procedure
In case of unsatisfactory responses from the contact option mentioned above, you can file a complaint with the complaints department of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) through a complaint. The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form of the complaints department.
To the complaint form of the FFG
The complaints will be reviewed by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in meeting accessibility requirements by the federal government or an affiliated entity.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG shall issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the affected legal entities and propose measures to rectify the existing deficiencies.
With the entry into force of the Accessibility Act (BaFG) on June 28, 2025, affected individuals may address violations of accessibility requirements to the Social Ministry Service as the market supervisory authority.
