The Unterbergalm in Piesendorf

Fresh products made from even fresher milk

The Schiller-Dürlinger family not only runs an organic farm in Hummersdorf, they also welcome guests to the cosy Unterbergalm. One special highlight at this alpine hut is the homemade food: tasty cheese, creamy butter and flavourful buttermilk impress visitors with their freshness. That's because everything here is homemade. The Schiller-Dürlinger family get their milk from their ten cows who call the family's organic farm home. But other products are also made by the family, such as the delicious bacon, fresh bread, moist cakes and sweet apple juice.

Anna's Tip

Because the Unterbergalm is a bit off the beaten path it is a little quieter. And they have really great "Jause", a typical Austrian meat and cheese board!
