SAFETY for a RELAXED holiday

Hygiene concept in the Hotel Kaprunerhof

In the Hotel Kaprunerhof, the safety of our guests and our employees is always of top priority.  Our in-house safety plan, including hygiene measures, has been compliant with all (newly) prescribed standards for several years – and has been further optimised since it was initially implemented. The space available within the hotel, the culinary provision, the wellness area: everything is designed to guarantee a safe space in which to relax.

  • Please keep a sufficient distance
  • Avoid physical contact
  • Guests have to wear a FFP2-mask in all public areas
  • Sneeze into the crook of your arm
  • Wash & sanitise your hands several times daily

The wellness area in the Kaprunerhof is open without any restrictions. Please also adhere to the conduct recommendations listed above when in this area.

Our restaurant staff wear face masks and are encouraged to wash their hands every time they clear a table. Further rules of conduct are posted in the premises.

There are active hygiene concepts in place in the surrounding ski areas (Kitzsteinhorn, Zell am See, Maiskogel). In addition, we also offer a daily private shuttle from the hotel to the Maiskogel ski lift, where there is also a ski depot.
